Manual Lymphatic Drainage
WHAT IS IT ?
Also called MLD, this massage technique focuses on the specific areas of the body where the lymph nodes are located.  The massage is particularly useful in reducing puffiness or water retention that often occurs in the limbs.  Conditions such as Lymphoedema (a blockage of the lymph nodes) can be particularly helped by this technique.
