We want to help everyone stay fit and healthy. On this page we'll display seasonal tips for improving Health that you can use everyday.

Defeat the Winter Blues

Make sport and activity a part of your lifestyle 

Begin with the end in mind.  What are your long-term life goals?  Where do you see yourself in 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years from now?  How does being healthy fit in with this vision?   Your health is a journey, not a destination or end goal in itself.  Think long term about what habits would support your health and feed your life mission on a daily basis.
 

Include sports or active pass-times such as dancing or gardening in your health plan.  Remember, December is the time we most feel like partying – but we should not use this as an excuse to take time out from our planned Lifestyle Activity.
