Make sport and activity a part of your lifestyle
Begin with the end in mind. What are
your long-term life goals? Where do you see yourself in 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years from now? How
does being healthy fit in with this vision? Your health is a journey, not a destination or end goal in itself. Think long term
about what habits would support your health and feed your life mission on a daily basis.
Include
sports or active pass-times such as dancing or gardening in your health plan. Remember, December is the
time we most feel like partying – but we should not use this as an excuse to take time out from our planned Lifestyle
Activity.
