Seasonal Dishes

Seasonal Foods are economic foods

To a large extent we have lost touch with food seasons. Not only is it a way to help reduce food miles but it also gives us the opportunity to enjoy food at its very best with maximum nutrient content. The types of dishes we traditionally serve when the seasons change between Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter often maximise on the traditional ingredients available at that time.  Even our Festive season foods reflect what is available at the time.
